Tracking of participants was not possible / participation unknown

The message "Participant tracking not possible" or "Participation unknown" is displayed if it was technically not possible to detect whether the participant watched the video or not. 

This is the case if you have set Vimeo to only embed your video through your vifugo subdomain AND the participant has an anti-tracking-software installed, like Bitdefender Anti Tracker. In this case, unfortunately, it is also not possible to show the button in the video room at the right time. Therefore, in this case, the button is displayed from the beginning, to make the click possible for this specific case.

You can fix the problem by setting Vimeo to allow your video to be embedded everywhere.
